    I am looking for a safety procedure to clear jammed pallets in a Deep rack, first in-last out, rollerway system. Right now, we have employees clear the row next to the jammed pallet and then utilize the empty row to access the pallet. I’m concerned with the opening between rows where someone could fall and I know OSHA says you have to be tied off within 6 feet of a floor opening. Any help?
